Xena: Warrior Princess, Xena Hero signature sword

Probably the most iconic weapon from the Warrior Princess besides the chakram... I can\\\\\\\'t believe it yet. The “Holy Grail” set-used piece arrived this week: Xena’s Hero set-used sword from the early seasons of the series, mostly season 2 and 3, before the master sword was remade.

This stunning sword is a real solid heavy resin cast piece with a metal rod inside to prevent bending. As we all know, Xena’s swords were made of several materials: mostly foam for stunt fights, closed cell foam or rubber. The ones made of heavy resin, like this one, were used for actor close-ups scenes and are quite rare to find nowadays, either the metal ones are the rarest. The sword had been displayed in a wall for decades and now resurfaces here again.
