Star Trek: The Next Generation, Type-I "Cricket" Hand Phaser

This is a reproduction of the smaller, more easily concealable "Cricket" Phaser used during the series.

What sets this one part from the other one in my collection is that it is cast in two parts so as to allow for installation of electronics if one so chooses. The black marker drawn onto both parts indicates areas that I need to make alterations to (the settings buttons cut-outs are too small, and the underside of the Phaser is too big).

Once done, it will feature a removable thumb pad to gain access to the inside, although I don't know if I'll actually be putting electronics in this one. The last two pics show a comparison between this and my R&D East casting.
