A costume worn by Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton) in the 1991 James Cameron action sequel Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Faced with a new threat, Skynet sends a more advanced terminator, the T-1000 (Robert Patrick) through its time machine to hunt down an adolescent John Connor (Edward Furlong). To prevent John’s death, Tech-Com send a reprogrammed Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger) to save Connor and help prevent Judgment Day by destroying Cyberdyne.
The mother of humanity’s future saviour wore this costume as she, John and the Terminator set up camp in the trailer park and load up on guns and ammunition. The costume is composed of a pair of black combat trousers and a grey vest. Intentionally distressed for the production, the vest has two open holes and other minor damage on the back.
Besides the intentional wear applied to the costume it remains in a very good production-used condition with minimal additional wear from use on set and time spent in production. The vest is marked as a size “M”, with no other sizes marked. This item will also come with a letter of authenticity from the president of licensing of the production company for Terminator 2 - Carolco Pictures.
