This authentic US Army helmet has been hand painted with medical crosses and has been signed by “MASH” cast members Loretta Swit (“Major Houlihan”), Jamie Farr (“Cpl Klinger”) and Jeff Maxwell (“Pvt. Igor”) at the Hollywood Show July 2nd, 2022. Mr. Farr celebrated his 88th birthday on July 1st.
