These plastic decorations were used on Hrothgar's costume in the 6th season episode "Return of the Valkyrie."
Unfortunately, most of Hrothgar's scenes are quite dark but in this screencap from "Return of the Valkyrie" you can see a glimpse of the larger square decoration on his belt.
