Star Trek: Voyager, BOOMERANG PHASER - Stapleton

This is a full-scale, fully detailed, prop-replica of the Boomerang phaser used on Voyager (and in later Trek films).  This was built using the excellent Stapleton cast resin kit, to which I added professional grade electronics to provide a working 'power setting' effect, firing sound effect, and bright yellow 'phaser beam'.

Great kit, very finely cast, required almost no cleanup before assembly.  The casting is a bit finer than the Rodd.com kit I used for an earlier version of this phaser and the kit is better designed internally so electronics are a bit easier to install. The kit also features real hard-rubber grips instead of cast resin parts.
