Directly from a camera crew member, one of the 3 clapperboards used in the movie. This one was used when a shot needed various cameras. As you can see is screenmatched with the one that appears behind the scenes in the iconic shot when ET and Elliot begin their famous flight.
According to the crew member, was last used in one of the night shots in the forest from the begginning of the movie.
