Saw II, needle pit syringe

this is a syringe used in amanda's famous needle pit. it had a fiber optic tip but someone cut it so i pulled the old piece out and put a new piece of fiber optic cable in it. with twisted pictures LOA. This item has been sold and is no longer part of my collection.
