Saw II, needle pit syringe

this is a syringe with real metal needle. the tip has been cut. this has a short tip. if you watch the special features (traps of saw 2) on the dvd you will see that these were the ones that the special effects team stuck on amanda's back in the foam pad under her shirt and in her prosthetic arm. this was used in amanda's famous needle pit. with twisted pictures LOA. This item has been sold and is no longer part of my collection.
