Doctor Who 2010, Winston Churchill’s Telephone

This is one of three green telephones used in Winston Churchill’s bunker in the 2010 story “Victory of the Daleks”. The phones were actually moved around during the shoot to make it look as if there were lots more than the production had. It is difficult to precisely screen match this phone, but it is likely the one Professor Bracewell uses. This was obtained from a crew member who remembers this phone being used in this scene. The phone was such a recognisable prop from the story that it was reproduced as a toy in the “Victory of the Daleks” box set.
