The Warriors, Warriors Warbird patch
original movie costume
Original iconic patch that was used by the title gang in the film The Warriors. This has been in private collectors hands for the past 20 years before I aquired it. Being that each cast member had multiple duplicates of their wardrobe for the production of the movie, its impossible to say which cast member this belonged to or to match up against on screen.
The background material is vintage pleather from the same company who made the warriors vests for the movie (also the same colour) along with their original makers label.

| Furthermore, the same kind of notches are also present between both sides of the skull jaw and the feathers on this patch, which notches are not present in the screen-used patches.

| I give as my opinion that this patch is not screen-used, for the following reasons:
1) On this patch, at the middle of the outside edge of the feathers on both sides, the black background is \"notched\" in to the feathers, because the edge of the black background closely follows the edges of the feathers.
In contrast, in the screen-used patches shown in the other pictures on this page, at the same spot, the black background is solid, not notched, because the black background more widely curves around the feathers.
2) On this patch, just above skull, the edge of the black background is above the rounded \"elbows\" of the wings.
In contrast, in the screen-used patches shown in the other pictures on this page, the same edge is directly between the \"elbows\".
For these reasons, I give as my opinion that this patch is not screen-used.
