Jurassic Park, Velociraptor claw

This is a original Velociraptor finger/claw from the Steven Spielberg’s 1993 dinosaur blockbuster ’Jurassic Park’.

The terrifying and highly intelligent raptors can be seen late in the film after they escape from their high security enclosure and the survivors must restore power to the park and electric fences, especially when they learn how to open doors.

The long ‘finger’ section is made from foam latex with a dark resin claw, both of which have been painted with an incredibly high level of detail. Inside the centre of the finger is a small hole where a cable would have been attached to control its movement and make the creatures even more menacing.

The claw comes in a great custom made display with laser cut mount board featuring the movie title and stills. Measures 44cm x 55cm (17.5“ x 21.5”).
