Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vernon Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder's diabolical plan. This is a screen used hero vial of turtle mutagen used in the 2014 reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The mutagen can be seen in multiple parts of the film, but first seen at Sacks' estate when he has the Turtles' blood drained in order to create an antidote to a deadly virus that Sacks hopes to flood New York with; believing he will become rich from people seeking his cure. The vial is made up of a clear plastic type center with machined metal ends with the whole vial being composed of a green gel like substance.
