In second season episode Penance, Michael Shanks guest stars as Jimmy, an Abnormal secret courier, born with a concealed pouch in his anterior abdominal wall.  When Jimmy steals a fire elemental from a Chicago mob boss, problems arise as he tries to deliver it safely to the Sanctuary team.
