In tenth season episode Talion, Vala Mal Doran attaches this proximity detector to the base of a tree as SG-1 unsuccessfully tries to stop Teal'c from hunting down the rogue Jaffa Arkad. 

 

Blue-grey painted metal, with black and silver metal details, and three illuminating status windows which flash in programmed patterns.
