Pair of injectors available to the Tok'ra physicians attempting to surgically remove the Goa'uld Ba'al from Ori/human hybrid Adria, in tenth season episode Dominion.  Filled with a lethal toxin, this device was used in an unsuccessful attempt to stop Adria's ascension. 

 

Resin, glass and metal, in iridescent metallic purple and blue.
