Star Trek: The Original Series, TOS Season 1 Phaser-II Version-2

This is the second version of the the white handled Season One phasers I built.  It has the more common style of beam emitter housing that carried over into seasons 2 & 3, BUT it's fitted with the rarest type of beam emitter designed for the P-II, a straight hollow acrylic tube.  There's one great photo of this emitter tip on R. Coyle's website comparing it to two versions of the more common cone shaped emitter tip.  Except for the emitter assembly, this version is identical to my first version (with the 'flashlight reflector' emitter).

NOTE:  these are both marked as 'made from scratch' - not entirely accurate, but there's no category here for kit bashing so 'scratch' will have to do.  This is actually a modified 23rd Century Pistol kit mounted with a modified toy P-I (NO, not a DST/AA P-I, those are too small for a full-scale replica).
