Star Trek: The Original Series, TOS HYPO

This is a full-scale prop-replica of the hypodermic injection device used by Dr. McCoy. I got this at a Trek Convention in NYC, in the late 1980s (early 90s??). The replica is made of machined aluminum and features a removable glass 'drug' vial, and a working injection movement - when you push down on the hypo it produces the quiet hiss heard on the TV show. The unit came with a spare 'drug' vial. Similar replicas were listed on Rodd.com, but I have no idea who made this one especially given how old it is.
