These are hard to find - costume collectors love them so that they can complete the costumes with the correct screen-used pieces. These TNG-era rank pips were also the style used in DS9 and VOY. This set is the gold, no black, and are really two sets of lieutenant pips since they are two to a bar. However, it should be noted that Patrick Stewart did not like a four pip bar on his collar (too stiff and uncomfortable for him) so he commonly wore two sets of the lieutenant pips.  These were sold as someone made an extremely generous offer.
