Darkness has settled over New York City as Shredder and his evil Foot Clan have an iron grip on everything from the police to the politicians. The future is grim until four unlikely outcast brothers rise from the sewers and discover their destiny as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The Turtles must work with fearless reporter April and her wise-cracking cameraman Vernon Fenwick to save the city and unravel Shredder's diabolical plan. This is a screen used hero vial of TCRI ooze used in the 2014 reboot of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. This green gel is the radioactive gel that generates and mutates the turtles into the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle fighting machines. The silver vial is made up of a clear plastic type center with resin ends painted to look as an aged metal with an interior glass tubing inside with the whole vial being composed of a green gel like substance.
