Indiana Jones And The Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Storyboard and Production Photo - Opening of the Ark

A storyboard and a production photograph from Steven Spielberg's 1981 adventure, Raiders of the Lost Arc. In the movie, archaeologist and adventurer Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) is hired by the United States government to find the Ark of the Covenant before the Nazis locate it. These pieces come from the film's climax as the Nazi's unleash the power of the grail. 

This set includes a production used storyboard and one large photographs featuring the Ark being opened. The storyboard is dated November 17, 1980, numbered shot number 0A 57, and is from frame count 65. The description field explains the movement of the flames coming from the ark, and the illustration shows the movement the flames will take. The two photos show the model of the canyon the ark is held in, with fallen Nazis laying before the opened ark at two different angles. 

These items feature some signs of wear from production use, including pin holes in the corners, as well as minor paint splatters, but remain in overall very good condition.
