Star Trek: Enterprise, Star Trek Enterprise Concept Print from "Extinction"

This is a print for production use by noted concept artist, John Eaves (Star Trek, Pirates of the Caribbean).  These were circulated among the production team for comments and approval.  This piece was sent to Supervising Producer Peter Lauritson by the artist for comment as indicated by the hand written note.  The piece measures 17" x 11".

This is a very preliminary rendering of the alien cave city that Captain Archer sees in the episode "Extinction". This rendering was done very early on and has some elements of the final image that was used in the episode. I also have another drawing that is much closer to the final image that was used in the show.  I recently purchased this drawing as I really like the way that artist John Eaves visualized this alien city, and it shows (along with my other drawing) the progression of how the final image is developed.
