Cold Mountain, Springfield Bayonet
original movie prop
This was bought from a private collector who had used it in the background scenes of the film. This is a real steel Springfield bayonet. Obviously not used in the stunt scenes but I guess by the trusted actors. Yikes! Civil war re-enactors can be pretty serious sometimes.
