In one of the more dubious TOS episodes, Spock's Brain is stolen by Kara, an intellectually enhanced female from the planet Sigma Draconis VI, while somehow leaving his body still alive. (Perhaps she just took his cerebrum?)

This is a static acrylic, plastic, and metal replica of the device McCoy uses to drive Spock's body around as they search for his brain. (Brain and brain, what is brain?) As with the Spock Calculator seen in a later third season episode, the original of this prop was actually a modified communicator from the first TOS pilot episode The Cage.
