Terra Nova, Sonic Grenade

In series premiere episode Genesis, Lt. Alicia 'Wash' Washington tosses this sonic grenade to repel a pack of slashers (acceraptors) attacking a group of teens who had gotten caught outside the gate after dark.

 

Hard rubber and acrylic hero prop, with electronics activated by depressing a button on the end. Second prop is resin, static and less detailed, depicting the grenade in its closed inactive state.
