Xena: Warrior Princess, Skull motif swords

A set of four screen-used swords made of heavy resin over metal rod armatures. They feature a skull motif with three finished in a silver paint scheme and one in gold. Swords of this particular mold can be seen throughout the series, used by various characters including Xena and Hades’ personal guard in “God Fearing Child,” Theodorus in “Intimate Stranger,” Dagnine in “Orphan of War,” a band of cutthroats sent by the warlord Zagreas in “A Day in the Life,” and many others. The set was originally purchased during the February 2002 It’s a Wrap! warehouse sale in Burbank, California.
