In fourth season episode The Sky's the Limit, Claudia and Steve travel to England, where jockeys are suddenly falling into comas after their long-shot horses unexpectedly win races. Somehow, adrenaline is being drained from each rider and infused into their horse. Finding that all of the horses had been abused by their jockeys leads Steve and Claudia to a stable boy who's been punishing the abusive jockeys by placing this artifact, a piece of Lakota Sioux Chief Sitting Bull's riding blanket, under their saddle prior to race time. Claudia soon manages to save the last targeted jockey from coma or worse by jumping on his horse and bagging the artifact as they ride.
