This is a production used Warner Brothers Studio visitor guest pass that was found in Shia Labeouf’s Ford F-150 truck. The truck was personally used and owned by Shia, but sold after his accident. Shia bought this truck from Sunrise Ford of North Hollywood on July 21, 2007. When the truck was purchased after the accident, the new owner discovered the studio visitor guest pass with Shia's name on it. After some research, it turns out that this was used when Shia was filming scenes as “Mutt Williams” for Indiana Jones IV. The pass is dated October 1, 2007 and states that Shia was a guest of Noelle Green who was a producer on the movie. It also states his destination – Bld: ST 16 FLOOR 1 ROOM “GENRE”.
