Star Trek: The Next Generation, Second Season Rare Hero Dustbuster Phaser

Dustbuster phaser from the second season. I have a screen shot of what I am pretty sure to be the last episode it aired in which was "Shades of Gray". I have heard from the prop master that he recognizes this prop to be the one that went back to the shop to have repairs done and when they went to fix the buttons they couldnt find it and had to make another hero ASAP. When I acquired it the left white piece of thin foam was in the right button slot (which shows in the first screen shot) and the silver sticker for the bottom button was peeling and lost years ago. The last picture is of a blown up image of the hero phaser Geordi is carrying to show the missing buttons and curling silver tape. Only about 4 hero Dustbuster props were ever made.
