Captain America: The First Avenger, Screenmatched USO shield

I dont throw this word around lightly, but a GRAIL has just arrived today.

Here is a screenmatched Captain America USO shield from CAPTAIN AMERICA THE FIRST AVENGER

This classic-shaped, early shield was used after Cap went AWOL from his USO touring appearance.

This shield is composed of a lightweight foam core with a resin shell. It actually has a nice weight to it.

You can also see the Red Skulls fist imprint embossed into the surface of the shield.

I have been after a USO shield for years and the timing never worked out. However I am glad it didnt because this is one of the finest examples of this shield I could have hoped for.

This shield was originally auctioned off during the Captain America Profiles Auction in 2012 and comes with a Marvel Studios CoA.
