Sword used by "Scorpion King" (Dwayne Johnson) in The Mummy Returns (2001).This prop Scorpion King sword was custom made for the production for use by Dwayne Johnson ("The Rock") as the "Scorpion King" in The Mummy Returns (Universal Pictures, 2001) used when the Scorpion King leads his army on a campaign to conquer the world. They are defeated while attacking Thebes and exiled to the desert of Ahm Shere; his men die of heat exhaustion. After vowing to give Anubis his soul for the power to defeat his enemies, an oasis forms to hide the Scorpion King's pyramid and he is given a legion of jackal warriors in Anubis' image. The Army of Anubis sweeps across Egypt, but once their task is finished, Anubis claims the Scorpion King's soul and his army.  The sword features two scorpions on the handle and a large curved blade. This sword is a victim to heavy use during filming and has damage to the blade, exposing the inner metal armature and is missing the hanging scorpion tails that were once attached to the end of the handle.
