Star Trek: The Next Generation, Science Scanner (static)

This resin prop was used in various episodes of TNG - a scanner from the sciences tricorder. This particular, static, prop stands up to close photography since it has no velcro (as the ones that fit in the Miarecki resin sciences tricorders). The scanning emitter is not an actual LED, but a piece of red plastic:
