This is a Saving Private Ryan Costume Gas Armband. The paper armband was worn on the right arm by all U.S. soldiers in the incredible opening Omaha Beach scene. It is in the best condition you can find, and you can't find them anymore. They fell apart when they went into the water or ripped due to use. It's just about impossible to find them in such good condition.
