Saw II, SAW II Fiber tip Bloody Syringe

Here is another SAW II syringe i own proudly, This one as a Fiber Tip , which it would have been used in the actual Needle pit and with the Fiber tip it was safe for the stunt girl :) And in the movie (Shawnee Smith) Amanda was dropped into the pit having to dig into the sharp dirty needles to find the key to open the metal door. This grimy syringe doesn't possess as much blood as the first syringe listing, which is a metal tip. :)
