During filming of the fourth season, Ross Martin suffered a heart attack, causing him to miss nearly ten episodes. Upon his return, a crew member posted a welcome back sign on his dressing room door with a caricature of him in costume as 'Artie' Gordon. Ross liked it so much, he had lighters made using the image for crew gifts.
