Farscape, Rorf's Blaster Weapon
original movie prop weapon
This piece was used in the first season episode "Till the Blood Runs Clear". At that time it was maroon with silver highlights to show wear. At some point later on in the production it was painted green. Probably for use in another episode. One side of the prop tag reads Rorg's Gun. Rorg was the female Vorcarian and didn't use this particular piece. On the opposite it reads Jabuka. The Jabuka were a clan of aliens that appeared in the episode "A Prefect Murder". My thinking is that it was repainted and intended for use in that episode but never made it to the final cut. That is just guesswork. You can see the red and silver paint underneath the green where it has been chipped away. I included a pic of Rorf with the gun as it was seen in the first season.
