Planet of the Apes, Rick Baker Chimp and Gorilla Mask

Gorilla and chimp face masks from Tim Burton's sci-fi remake Planet of the Apes. This lot contains two chimp and two gorilla masks. Each mask is made of slip latex, features hand-punched hair throughout, and has Velcro straps for use by a background actor. The chimp masks are both finished with paint detail to match the skin tone of the apes in the film. The items are presented on wooden stands with production tags noting assigned actors. The masks have dried over time, slightly warping one gorilla mask nose and cracking both chimp noses, leaving the lot in fair condition.
