From Survivor - "Panama Exile Island" is the number 6 flag used in the reward challenge of episode 10, one contestant lays in a cradle which is pulled by other team mates to collect 15 flags in order.
This flag was used on screen by Courtney who was on the cradle and was pulled to collect the flags by Bruce, Sally and Terry.
