He picks up a series of odd jobs to buy the perfect present for his Aunt Lucy's 100th birthday, only for the gift to be stolen. From the 2017 comedy Paddington 2, this is one of the hero pop-up books of London seen in the film. With the plot centering on the Pop-up book, it is found that the book leads to the hidden fortune of the original author. Seen throughout the film, Padding originally wants to purchase the unique pop-up book of London that’s in Samuel Gruber's antique shop for his aunt Lucy's 100th birthday.
