Indiana Jones And The Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Piece of the German Flying Wing

The Flying Wing was a fictional aircraft designed and built specifically for the film, by the Vickers Company. It was painted and assembled on site by Elstree Studios. The one and only plane was blown up during production, with the remnants being left behind. This particular piece, made from fiberglass, still retains some of its original color despite resting in the desert outside Tozuer, Tunisia until 2001.
