Two period vests, with differing lapels, worn by Mark Stevens as composer Joseph Howard, in the 20th Century Fox musical co starring June Haver. Stevens had a good run in the late 40's at FOX, appearing in both musicals, this one and again with Miss Haver, OH, YOU BEAUTIFUL DOLL (1949), as well as the film noir thrillers THE STREET WITH NO NAME and DARK CORNER. The rounded lapel piece is worn with the brown stripped suit well showning the film as the knotched lapel vest sans coat.
