This t-shirt was screen worn by Patricia Arquette as "Frankie Paige" and can be seen in key scenes in the middle of the film. Frankie is under possession and is writing ancient words on her apartment wall. She decides to go out for some air and Father Kiernan (Gabriel Byrne) follows her. After talking at a cafe Frankie is struck by stigmata again and receives the wounds to her feet while Father Kiernan is helpless to stop it. It is a red t-shirt with a large purple heart on the front. The manufacturer tag has been removed.
