It comes with a signed certificate of authenticity from Studio-Props. We purchased this item directly from 20th Century Fox and have placed a copy of our receipt from Fox on the C.O.A. to prove it.
This is a skirt that comes as shown with suspenders. It has some faux reptile trim and beads hanging on the legs. It has laces around the rib area and Velcro to keep it in place. ...ultra neat-o.
This was designed by Colleen Atwood the Academy Award winner in 2003, 2006 AND 2011 for best costume design.

It is adjustable, and would fit over most normal chimp costumes. It should be noted that this skirt appears to be brand new and never put into service. It shows almost no soiling or wear.
