This mummy wrap costume was used in the 1999 film The Mummy, starring Brendan Fraser and Arnold Vosloo. The costumes are seen when the victims are laying in coffins, so they did not need to be able to walk around. The arm wraps are built into the costume, the rest of the wrap was done with spare bandages.
