Dark City, Original Mercedes Sedan Miniature Car

From the cult classic film Dark City. An original screen-used Mercedes Sedan miniature car seen in the movie's dystopian cityscape sequences. These only resurfaced recently after being put away for over 14 years. Very scarce to find anything from this very beloved Science Fiction / Horror / Suspense film from the Director of The Crow and I Robot. A customized die-cast vehicle that was tricked out for the film and operated on conveyor-type track system moving in and around the city. Each time time is stopped in the film, city traffic created with these miniatures are show stopping and then starting again. These were not beauty miniatures and were used strictly in the background.

Note: The custom paint / weathering to the body, interior and wheels of the vehicle. Wired extensively to light up the front head-lights and rear tail-lights. We have not tested it to see if it will work and will leave that up to the buyer. Rigged to attach to a small toggle switch which was placed in the passenger area of the front seat with the passenger seat and door removed, as shown.
