This Matte Paintaing Has Been Made By Syd Dutton To Be Used In A Shot Where Gomez Takes Fester To The Mansion\\\'s Vault With A Gondola. Hand Painted, Some Elements Have Been Added In Post Production As The Torches, Smoke On The Water, And Of Course, The Gondola With Raul Julia and Christopher Lloyd Previously Shot In Front Of A Blue Screen. An Interesting Point Is That It\\\'s One Of The First Times In History Where a 3D Model Has Been Computer Generated Not For Textures But Only To Get The Refelections Of The Water On The Pillars. Also, Some Tiny Holes Are Available In Place Of The Farest Torches In Order To Finally Get A Flicking Effect In The Final Shot. A Light Was Bmrighting Behind The Matte Painting With A Patern Filling Some Of The Holes. The Patern Was Moved From A Frame To Another During The Shooting Of The Matte Painting, Giving The Feeling The Lights Slightly Changed Of Intensity As It Could Be In Reality With Some Atmosphere Movements. (Dimensions about 160cm x 100cm, about 61 inches x 39 inches).
