Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, Oozemen/Ozzlet Bust "Double Whammy"

Original Oozemen Bust used in the production of the movie from 1994/1995. With the original wardrobe tag as COA (prop #86721 in the costume/prop dept from FOX).

It was used in the big fighting scene at the construction side, when the Red & Black Ranger did the "Double Whammy" Stunt. This specific bust was made for practical effects at first, with a huge transparent tube going out of the head's back and the eyes were done with some kind of grid for a possible pumping action. In the final cut, this bust was used on screen but the special effects were made with CGI finally. 

This latex head bust is made of foam and resin. The face is professionally painted in grey and purple, the "hair" is made with foam and additional smaller, acrylic purple tubes. Due to its age, there are some cracks and dry areas where the paint is flaking, the colour on the pipes is also fading and the yellow foam is exposed. Additional stabilization efforts may be beneficial for long-term preservation.
