Southland Tales, Neo-Marxist Scrambler

This is a scrambler device used by the Neo-Marxist group in Southland Tales. Just before the police storm in and shoot Kenny Chan, he can be seen trying to shut down the scrambler. The case has a finger-print scanner and a small LCD screen built into the top lid. The inside of the case is full of random electronic parts, and several blue LEDs that are wired to a plug in the bottom of the case. The LCD screen is functional via a video-input jack also on the bottom of the case.
