This is a wooden bowling pin that was made by prop master, Richard Wright (now deceased), for the 1996 Farrelly Brothers movie, Kingpin, starring Woody Harrelson, Randy Quaid and Vanessa Angel.
The pin is one of ten which can be seen in the beginning of the movie when young Roy Munson is bowling with his dad.
Also, it is the very pin that Woody Harrelson pulls from the mud when he visits his deceased father's gas station.
I have a letter (see pic) from director Peter Farrelly stating as much.
The pin is screen matched by numerous marks, dents, chips and scratches on the pin that can easily be seen in the closeup pics of the pin as it is lifted from the mud by Woody Harrelson and then held in his hand, leaving no doubt that this is the pin in the scene.
