Shown at the end of Friday the 13th Part 2 with Steve Dash "The Real Jason" is Mrs. Voorhees head originally played by Betsy Palmer in Friday the 13th part 1. The head can be seen at the shrine alter that Jason made for his dearly departed mother with the machete that took her life and her sweater.

This piece features more detail then the screen used head as its a lot easier to hide things on the big screen then it is from your own eye in person.
She has real eye lashes, Blonde hair weathered with airbrushed silver, grey and black, Stained teeth and realistic dry blood from her stump.
Also note the permanent dusting to replicate the time spent on her alter.
also note the stand inserted into her stump to help her sit just right wherever i want to put her. also disappears quite nicely under her.
